Unconditional Spare Part Conditions

There are no conditions for spare parts for the products you buy from Rani Furniture there are no conditions, although there is no condition, some of the situations that our customers frequently ask and find hard to believe are as follows.

  • Can I still get free spare parts if I accidentally damage one or more parts of the product while assembling it?
    • Don't worry about the damages that may occur during the installation, just send your requests to our call center.

  • There was damage due to shipping, but I could not get a report from the officer, can I still get spare parts for free?
    • It is very difficult to keep a record of the cargo officers and you definitely do not have to deal with it, we have a free and unconditional spare parts warranty for possible cargo damage.
